Regency Hospice

The Hospice Care Consultant, an integral part of our Hospice Team, are our liaison to the communities we serve.  As such, they are constantly seeking to establish mutually beneficial, long-lasting relationships with local care facilities.  We recognize that patients in skiiled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and rehabilitation centers may need hospice care.

We will work with you to establish a contractual relationship that will make referring patients seamless and easy -- which alleviates stress on both your administrators as well as the family and patient.  We can also provide contracts on a patient-specific basis, if you desire.
